I HATE Midna. :|

I would rather have Windwaker Link as the Zelda Newcomer.

There can be more than one Zelda newcomer.  Have you ever played Twilight Princess?  If you hate Midna you can't possibly like the game.  She's the Twilight Princess, she turns you into a wolf, warps you to wherever you want (saves you 20 mins), helps you through dungeons, tells you what to do next, uhhh it's a long list.   

I played the game. I hate her personality.

I guess she IS really annoying, but not near as annoying as Navi in OoT

Not as annoying as "HEY!!!!!!!!!!" everytime that FREAKING fairy wants something!
