Friend Codes in general are hated by a lot of Nitnendo fans...

But this was obvious from the get go of SSBB being confirmed FOR Online play anyway...

Friend Codes was Inevitable for this game.

This blows. It's Melee's 7th anniversery and the original US release and we get an update we already knew about. Maybe the original Japan release date will be better!!!

It's not that we hate it, it's that we already knew about it making it a pointless update. Today was supposed to be a good one but as what StarWindWizzard7 said, it's a slap in the face.

Unfortunately someone on NSider2 made a great post with valid points about Krystal possibly being updated today.

That got me hyped up (because it made a lot of sense) and it resulted in nothing. :(
