Call of Duty 4
Halo 3
Orange Box

Xbox 360 GOTY: Probably Halo 3, MAYBE Bioshock/Call of Duty 4

PS3:
Warhawk
Eye of Judgement

PS3 GOTY: Warhawk

Pretty much every review I've seen of COD4 says it's better than Halo 3.
