Here's the paraphrased story of the NSF/NS2 merge:

It was in the works, but EJ turned out to be something of an undesirable partner, to say the least. There will be a full write up including the entire story in glorious Technicolor later, because I know NSider loves forum politic.

To recap, there is no merge taking place.

Well, it's good to know while I'm making profile styles that I'll need to make major revisions to every one of them soon -_-
I hope any new skins and/or any modifications of previous skin templates will look good :)
