Ryuki continued listening for any signs of movement.

"Where are you....." he thought.

Akutai thought he heard a rustle of leaves in one direction. He whirled around, pulling his pistol out and pointing it in the direction where he heard it. He didn't know who he was pointing at, and it just happened to be Jas.

"All right, come out, whoever you are..." Akutai said in an attempt to draw them into the open to see who it was.

Ryuki opened his eyes. He looked into the direction Akutai was.

"Please come out. If you don't want to get shot, I'd suggest you make your presence known."

((You did say the Atsushi are futuristic, so I'm using references from the Ghost in the Shell Series.))

'I could take this chance to use that cyborg stuff they implanted in me,' Jas activates her camouflage, then jumps into the tree she was behind. She jumps from tree to tree until she lands behind Akutai, pointing her right Viper at him, still barely visible. "I should trust you, why?"

Akutai just froze. He wasn't sure what had just happened.

"Wh... What the...?" Akutai said out of shock.

[THEBIRD]

Solon hit his head against the book he was reading. "Too boring!" he groaned. "I need to find an easier way..." he thought back to the guy who seemed to know a lot about the man he was looking for. "Maybe I should go back to him..." Solon walked out of the library and towards a portal. "Maybe... Or Maybe not..."

"You must be an Atsushi... Or a very powerful Sage." Ryuki stated calmly, his expression unchanging.

[Anarchy_Jas]

"..." Jas makes herself visible again, her weapon still pointed at Akutai. "Still haven't answered my question... Who are you two?"

Akutai didn't dare move for fear of something happening to him. He just waited for it to end before trying to make another move.

[THEBIRD]

Solon thought hard and logically about the next place they were going. He thought he might of heard them say it while he was running off... He stepped into the portal and felt himself land in Michi. Aw man... I hate this place! he groaned to himself. It was just one long and boring path. Oh well, better start lookin'...

"I am Ryuki Ryushima." Ryuki replied, now facing the stranger who threatened their lives. He glared at her with a cold, icy stare.

[X_Hero]

"Akutai..." He said, probably one of the only things he would even think of saying in a situation like this.

[Anarchy_Jas]

'I probably look like some kind of felon... But then again, he threatened to shoot first.' Jas jumps back into a nearby tree, then lowers her gun a bit, raising her other hand to signal that she means no harm. "Name's Jas... that's all you need to know..."

[X_Hero]

Akutai now relaxed a little, seeing that he didn't have a gun pointed at his head anymore. He lowered his pistol and put it back in its holster.

"So... What is it that you're out here for?" Akutai asked to see what exactly the Atsushi's purpose for being on Michi was.

"Fine. Yes, what do you want with us, then?" he asked.
