I have noticed there is a lot of evil people in this world as well as a lot of evil things going on. I have a few ideas to improve the world:

Give free T-virus injections to whoever wants them

Nuke all biohazard outbreaks

force people to watch Viewtiful Joe at least 3 times in their life

Shoot down any people who insults Phuuz

Use Bio-Organic-Weapons for all warfare

Make me president

good improvements. yes?

actually it's pretty simple just annihilate the middle east and the top half of africa, then build a huge wall along the border of Mexico.....China did it a few thousand years ago, I think we can to.
