Rare is a traitor to Nintendo, but I heard they still make games for GBA.
If true, that means they still can come in ::)
But only little games, SSBB is too big, Microsoft will punish them.
Well if Microsoft put Banjo Kazooie in, wouldn't they get paid for having him in? thus getting money for each copy or somethin'?
Microsoft will have a VERY BIG percent of the winnings.
exactly why it would be a good idea for them to put them in.

No, you don't understand, get almost all the winnings, putting Sakurai in bankrup.

...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...

No, thanks a lot Microsoft!
Yeah, and here's hoping for a Conker or Banjo Kazooie game on DS.

A Great Mighty Poo AT couldn't have THAT many right negotiations.

They should be in Brawl and are definitely Nintendo All-Stars, but they belong to Microsoft now, Nintendo's biggest/only rival in America. I would say they still have a miniscule chance if Nintendo and Microsoft can put their differences aside.

You really have no idea what you are talking about, do you Chris?

Microsoft wouldn't get 99 % of the money if they just had one of their second party characters in. Jeez... think before you type, THINK!

I agree, but if there was a Smash Bros on the DS, Banjo and Kazooie would have a chance because Microsoft doesn't have a handheld.

Guys, anyone second/first party to Sony/Microsoft have no chance...for that reason only. If Banjo were to get in, it would only help Nintnedo, so Microsoft would stand nothing to gain unless they get a MASSIVE royalty fee, something Nintendo isn't willing to pay. After all, they already have Mario, Sonic, Snake, and Pikachu...all infanetly more popular than anyone Microsoft has to offer Smashs (besides the Chief...who IMO is the single most overrated franchise in gaming history). So...Microsoft would need more than Nintendo really needs from the request, so it's not going to happen.
