To answer your question, the chances of a Merger is

Less then 15% at this time. But it's actually up to the Admins
Snorkel, Silverhawk and the Admins of NSider 2 to TRULY make that decision.

If a Merger were to happen though, NSider 2 would come "Here", we would not go there,
for fear of obvious reasons.
