Driving stick shift, putting on a turn-signal while turning with the left hand, doing a double-take to make sure it's clear, down-shifting by putting the clutch in with left foot and braking with the right foot and moving the stick from a higher gear to a lower gear and before or after that immediately turning up/down the volume on the radio as a good song I like comes on while having a conversation with my passenger.  If it's raining, add manually activating the windshield wipers, etc.

That's just driving; I tackle a thousand things at a time around the house and at my job. @_@
