It's not too bothersome, the top screen freezes sometimes, but it's not THAT bad.

Mine's in perfect condition for the most part. Its dropped on a lot of things but still no cracks. Oo; DSLite though has a crack but very very tiny.

I accidently burned mine when I was playing it while smoking.

I guess the cherry on my cigarette touched it, and burned a small crater in it.
