and FYI its called Task manager and i have my settings in windows so that i get a menu when i hit those buttons

i think so, its got most drivers you need installed, (if it doesnt have it it is easy to get it because it comes with stuff like ndiswrapper) then there is cnr (www.cnr.com) but dont try installing it, it'll intercourse up your windows....i got lucky and was able to fix it with the help of my bro.
