How do you like your steak?

I like mine medium rare.  This keeps it tender and juicy.

But a lot of people think that it's too raw that way, and prefer Well Done, which I think is overcooked.

How about you?

rare, but I order it medium rare at restaurants because restaurants tend to have a habit of making steaks rarer than I order them.
