1) Okay, so what if I said the exact same thing replacing the word "Deleted" with "Locked"? Really, it's a minor detail but all you had to say on that part was simply that it was locked, not deleted (And therefore was avoiding the question).
2) Mmm-hmm. So you addressed the insult issue with insults? Doesn't mean anything.
3) Would have been nice if you had said that originally. I was making a comparison between the two and just saying that you shouldn't throw around the, uh, "Right" (For lack of a better word) to insult the staff.
