Sonic Team just doesn't care anymore.
Seriously...

I want mah sonic CD with Japanese soundtrack D=
They should sell the Sonic license to someone good...

I'm thinking of buying a Genesis+SEGA CD just for Sonic CD and a few other games.
WOO! SONIC 2 and DR. ROBOTNIK'S MEAN BEAN MACHINE!

Are you really surprised?
Honestly I am  :'(
Same. At least the Adventure games were PLAYABLE....not great but at playable. This game is unplayable. About the only time you control Sonic is just forward with no speed. Seriosuly, the second he gets any speed at all it's impossible to turn, and every homing attack he just floats there.

I loved Adventure 2. I had so much gameplay time on that.
I know, you actually wanted to see how darn fast you could get through the Sonic and Shadow levels. Oddly enough it's a game from that long ago on Dreamcast where Sonic is his fastest in 3D. How does a game on the PS3/360 have the slowest Sonic ever besides the crappy ass Saturn games?
Sonic and the Secret Rings was even slower...

I shouldn't have to level up to make Sonic run fast. :|

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

I liked Secret Rings, although the level up was dumb, the custom ring was great IMO.
Trust me, once you get him fast it is INSANELY fast. Almost as fast as Sonic at max in SA2, but almost. Problem is you have no reaction time at points...

Gwen Khan

also all these new characters are pointless, they just spent about 3 seconds to come up wth a name

mecha_fang

It is going downhill, but not as much as DK.
