They're all on the same client for me so I don't care which.
I guess AIM since it's more popular and more people use it.

MSN, but I've never tried the other ones.  mostly MSN because it's the only one people where I live use.  nobody around here uses AIM, and Yahoo is a pain in the ass.

MSN. Yahoo lacks polish and AIM is all around intercourse ing suckage.

MSN. The actual Windows Live client is a lot nicer-looking than the actual AIM client, not to mention it seems to be better for customization.

I still have an AIM client though...I just use Pidgin for it.
