The new Turok game is awesome! I just got a demo of it and, while short, is very fun. Its been a long time since we had a Turok game, this one sort of relaunches the franchise a bit, I suppose since Tal 'Set(spl?) or Joseph Fireseed isint in it.

Eh, I'm expecting a huge disappointment if I ever even get around to playing it. So far, all of the Turok games' 1-player parts have been pretty boring once you beat them. The first didn't even have multiplayer, so that sucked.

Evolution's multiplayer was probably the best so far, at least in terms of the weaponry you can use. But the 1-player part of it just wasn't that great.

And the story of the new one is completely...off-track. What happened to the whole Son of Stone scheme? The new protagonist isn't even Native American like the Turoks before always have been.

Thats not Turok you idiot. Thats Slate or Slade, or whatever his name is. YOU play as Turok. He actually looks a tad Asian and has a mohawk.

Settle down, stud. I'm just going by the videos I saw months ago. Either way, I can't say I care too much about the game.
