I've been searching around the web, and I've figured out how to unlock every character except ganondorf, ROB, and wolf.  Does anyone know how to unlock any of these?  Also, how does the subspace emissary end? I couldn't find that either.

They are about to attack when Captain Falcon, Olimar, Donkey Kong, and Diddy burst through the roof to aid them. Suddenly, Ganondorf's hologram commands the ROBs to detonate all the Subspace Bombs.

The Ancient Minister seems to have a change of heart and trys to stop them. However, the ROBs blast him and set him on fire. As the ROBs ready the Bombs, a flock of Auroros appear. As they swoop down, the Ancient Minister fires lasers at them. His ornate robes are destroyed, revealing him to be a rogue ROB.

Everyone tries to stop the R.O.B. Squad from setting off the bombs, but fail. The Minister is saddened and seems to shut down. Captain Falcon gets everyone out from the explosion with his Falcon Flyer, though DK has to carry the R.O.B.

They meet the other Smashers on a nearby cliff and watch as a colossal cannon appears from the Subspace. They all board the Halberd, and depart to stop the cannon. Bowser and Ganondorf are waiting and set several blasters on them. The Halberd is destroyed, but the Smashers escape in the Falcon Flyer, Samus's Gunship, and the Arwings.

Kirby uses Dragoon to destroy the cannon as Ganondorf and Bowser step into the Subspace. They appear in Final Destination, and Ganondorf turns on Bowser, turning him into a trophy. He then summons Master Hand, whom he serves. Suddenly, Master Hand is bound by a blue entity known as Taboo. Ganondorf attacks him, but is sent flying into the Hand. Master Hand then attempts to punch Taboo, but is seemingly killed. All the Smashers appear, and are shocked to find the dead hand.

Suddenly, Taboo radiates energy, and they are all turned into trophies. Meanwhile, underground, Luigi and Ness awake from their trophy state and find Dedede. They revive him and journey up. Dedede revives and battles Bowser, and they all look at the dead hand. Meanwhile, Link and Zelda awake and revive Ganondorf. Together, the Triforce holders journey up an ethereal staircase that leads to Taboo.

There are videos on Youtube. Not very good quality, but you can get the gist of it from them. The videos show that there is a cutscene watching mode. There are short periods between segments where the person has to choose the scene from a list in a mode like that.
