Yes. I hope they were made from a potato plant that went extinct a 100 years ago, and even then this is unjustified.

I love how everyone is blaming the kids, but reread the article. First off, the boy knew pulling a gun on someone was threatening. I don't know about you, but I didn't learn that by going through puberty. Secondly, he knew where it was and how to lock and load, and I'm not even sure how to do that. Lastly, where were the parents while the kids were fighting over the chips, since there must have been some intense fighting going on beforehand. I don't like most kids, but I like their parents even less.
