That's my personality; it's caustic and coldly analytical, lots of people don't like it, it's similar to Genius's, and I'll freely admit that. However, it is not my problem if the Servants of Political Correctness don't like it. It's better to be oneself than to hide behind some thin veneer of friendliness, like the majority of Oldsider Sages and KoH used to do.

I do my job: locking and deleting threads, changing ranks, and banning idiots. Lots of Nsiders seem to suffer from the delusion that being saccharine is a prerequisite for being a moderator. This ain't the case, peeps.

Some of the staff are biased towards certain users and don't moderate them as much, and they also hate some other users and don't let them get away with hardly anything. They'll get onto the users that they hate for smallest things and then let some other users get away with worse stuff. But some of the staff does like to joke about that and act like the whole thing is a joke.
