I don't even know anyone who this'll really affect.  There are a couple of people I know with antennae TVs, but they mostly use them very little.  except my band teacher, who never uses it anyways.

The only people that need to upgrade or get the converter box are those who still watch television via an antennae.  And if you're still running on that, gtfo of the past and spend the ten bucks or however much it is to convert.
