I was going to buy it, and was wondering if it's any good.

Tales of Symphonia is a pretty nice RPG...if you can tolerate the following:

 • A highly cliched storyline. Seriously now, I don't want to go into much, but there are a bunch of cliches. Though it makes me laugh rather than anything else. Chosen One this, Hometown burnt that, it makes me giggle inside. And there's another big turnoff, but I'm not revealing that...If you want to get revealed, here's a spoiler box.
Lloyd, I am your father...Guess who's the father! :D
• And that's really it...There's nothing else. I don't even know why I did this bullet point thing...
 • Oh right, the ugly world map...They're all big characters and there's like...little land.

But ToS is a very deep and fun game, two discs long! Over 70 hours of gameplay! Uber difficult (Well, not really) sidequest! :O

And cooking! It's very...epic.

Waaaaait, I dont remember lloyds dad being in that game!
Or if he ever met his real dad.
But man that was like 2 years ago
I practically worshiped that game.
But back when I was like 14, It took my stupid ass 128 hours of gameplay to beat it...x_x

One of my favorite games.  I've played through it several times.  Since you're even interested in getting it, you probably should get it.
NES, SNES, N64, GCN (Jet Black), PQ (JPN), Wii, GBP (Clear), GBC (Green x2), GBASP (x2 Cobalt, x1 NES), DSLite (Black), SG3, SDC (x1 BIG, x1 Clear black top, solid grey/beige bottom), PS (x2), PS2 (Slim, Silver), PS3 (NTSC 60GB upgraded to 500GB), PSP 2000 (Silver, 4GB), XBox360 Elite

Yeah I finally found one a couple weeks ago. It's a great game but it has a lot of cliche's and sad stuff (well, one sad thing) but other than that it's a great game. Even though the cooking system is retarded.

FruitFlow

Heck yah!!!

I'm waiting for the sequel's release :P

Heck yeah, ToS is an awesome game. The story is somewhat cliched, and the battle system is fun as hell.
