"If this operation works out, you may not need to master your Pokemorph moves," Jake replied hopefully. "Actually, I should start preparing for the operation." Jake took a couple deep breathes, in a way glad he didn't ask of the side effects. I'm sure I can't die from this... It must be worth it. Jake reminded himself what he was doing it for.

"What, why not?" Jake asked, once again thinking Matt's thoughts were being said outloud. He began slowly walking back towards the surgery room.

Karizo was still thinking it all over as he now stood up. Walking a bit, he came just a bit closer to Jas.

"Well, is there anyone else in this hospital besides the guy that I just saw, who looked like a Pikachu?" Karizo asked as he took his hand off his face and looked at her.

"We've still got to try," Jake replied, now walking into Karizo and Jas. He had heard what Karizo had just said.

"You, new guy. If you want to help, the operating room is just round the corner. I'm going there now myself. Maybe the doc can use you as a control or something."

Jake laughed at Karizo's surprise, this time realizing it was a thought. "Surgery," he called over his shoulder to Jas, still leading Karizo towards the operating room. "I'll be getting prepped for it soon."

'Oh yeah, I remember something about a surgery being mentioned,' Jas quickly catches up to them. "Something about the virus was found then..."

"Wait... Surgery?" Karizo said a bit nervously. He had never been too joyous about the sight of blood, and he knew that it would never really change.

"Mmmm, yeah. But I don't get any of that mumbo jumbo. The doc-guy can get you more info on that," Jake said to Jas. Then to Karizo, "Well, you don't have to get surgery. Probably just a scan, maybe a blood withdrawal, and possibly a physical."

Jas nods at Karizo, then adds to what Jake said. "Yeah, he'll probably just run some tests since you're the only one not infected..."
