By weird, he probably means the strange giant head changing and sweat drops/sudden falling when dumb stuff happens

I rarely see that in the anime I watch.

The mainly-humorous anime (Like Shin Chan) is the falling, and the sweat is the rest.
Big head is in 95.7% of anime's

The Anime was in a profile, it has English voice acting, but everything else was Japanese, logo, text in the show, etc.
Therefore, I could understand it.

I don;t like the kind shows with totally random, senseless, and confusing antics that are present in some of the more popular ones people watch.
