because the majority of fans over hyped it, and where hoping basically just for another OOT. Personally i loved the game, it was a great experience. Sure some points where a bit easier then they could of been, but it was a great game still.

As for overrated games,  Halo. don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, just not as good as everyone claims :-\

Nintendo basically hyped it to be the best Zelda game ever.

Hype can ruin anything, especially if a game cannot live up to it, even more so when it was delayed twice.
