I have verybody except the Ridley's and Tabuu.  I got al my bossess of intense.  A couple I used trophy drop stickers.

For somebody who doesn't have the game and playes only a couple times every some weeks, I'm making good progress! ^_^

I'm only missing Winged Tabuu and Meta Ridley.

You can't "catch" Tabuu (Wings) in SSE. To aquire that trophy, you have to complete boss battles with all characters, playing solo (can't be co-op).

For Meta Ridley, the stage is hell to go through at the beginning... I'd use ZSS, Captain Falcon, Fox, and Falco for this. They're fast fallers in case the trophy is off the ship, but try to catch MR when he's sweeping across the stage. That's how I caught him ;)
