One thing you should learn is to never purchase an item from someone who has a feedback score of 7.  O.o

The ideal feedback score should be around 1,000.  And the feedback percentage should be about 99%.

I will not purchase anything from someone who does not have at least a feedback score of 1,500 and a positive feedback percentage of 99.5%.  Also, they must be Paypal VERIFIED.  There is a difference between just having PayPal and being PayPal verified.


eBay will not get you your money back if you do not receive the item, sorry.  They will however, put a strike against his account.   He needs 3 strikes before he gets banned.

Also, Paypal is the only way.  Do not ever send a Money Order.  You cannot dispute a money order, but you can dispute it if you send it through paypal.

I sent my money because he gave me photo confirmation that the 306 worked fine, they were photos good enough to see that it worked. I guess I just have to wait and see if it comes in.
