Or ones with more complex themes. (Like they do with the X-box 360) Like...a wooden DS, or a DS for your favorite football/baseball/basketball/hockey team. :D

I'd personally go for a two-tone, or if possible to get at a good price, the gold Zelda one.

Really, the GBC was amazing, but the DS sells incredibly, I guess they just don't want to mess with success.

That's pretty typical that the sales are dropping, the DS had a good run.

Yeah, that new shade of pink looks almost exactly like the first. I do agree that a green DS lite should be released, I think it'd look awesome. A purple one wouldn't be bad either.

I never bought a DS lite since my current DS works just fine. I never understood why the DS lite was so popular, it's just like the original. It wasn't like the GBA and the GBA SP where the SP was an improvement with the light-up screen.

My sister has the red DS lite.

I still have a bunch of DS games to finish, along with buying some GBA games for the summer.  I totally missed that handheld gen, so my DS may get a lot more use.  Unless I buy a micro.  <3 Small devices

My brother just got the cobalt and black DS, and its actually pretty nice.  :O

Really though, I think Nintendo should just leave the DS alone for now.
Its not like the end of system sales necessarily means the end of income from the DS.

And most sold system ever (Was stated at last E3 right) is pretty darn good.
If anything, work on some GOOD Wi-fi games if they really need sales.
