Yeah, it's like Pokemon, except with better breeding, different story, and this one's in a 3D environment.

I loved Diamond, I played it for 212 hours before I got sick of it, do you have a gameplay video link for Joker?

The game looks fun from the videos I saw on Youtube, but how do I catch a Monster?

To win over monsters in DQM you have to impress them, and in Joker's case it's called "scouting".  I'm not sure yet how the new system works but it looks like you go into a scouting mode in battle, and then every hit against the enemy you selected increases the percentage bar.  That percentage will affect how likely the monster will join you after battle.  If your team is weak, you're less likely to impress strong monsters.

Hey, IGN gave it a 7.9, I think I am definitely buying it but I am going to wait for it and Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings to drop to 30 or lower before I buy them.
