the first time I played Zelda LA I was looking forever for a small key in turtle rock, only to find out I had one the whole time

Two things, both LoZ games. First, I had no idea there was a Song of Time box behind the chest in the Water Temple after fighting Dark Link in OoT. Took me seven months to find it, granted I only tried to find it for one month, ditched the game for six, and then came back again and found it. Finished this for the first time about a month before starting Majora's Mask for the first time, so around the end of age seven.

Second, the Ice Temple in Majora's Mask. I still can't figure it out, I somehow managed to finish it when I finished the game the first time when I was eight or nine. How I did that is beyond me.

Goddarn rolling as a Goron always screwed me over.
Snowhead Temple was easy, goron rolling wasn't that hard either.
It was Great Bay Temple that was the hard one.

I literally walked past the last key in the Water Temple in LoZ:OoT and it took me 3 weeks to figure out what I missed.
lol, all temples in that game are second nature to me now, dont blame you for missing a key it is a hard temple ;)

Hmmm let me think probably like .......well...Ill post one when i remember it

I've had some pretty frustrating memories with Twilight Princess and I'm not even done. :D

1. Near the beginning of the game where you're Wolf Link and you have to get out of that dungeon thing. I didn't know that you could just crawl through a hole in the ground after you drained the water, so I spent a few hours running around raising and draining the water trying to get to Midna. >_>

2. Finding my way back to Ordon Village (That's your home, right?) from that town where that Goron Mountain is. My God I spent days finding my way until I got help from OldSider.  >:(

3. Realizing you can use Oocco (or however it's spelled) to warp back and forth from dungeons. I thought you could only use her once. Also got help from OldSider.

4. The current place I'm at that I don't remember what I have to do, but it's in that Goron Mountain thing. :D

There was also that Ice Cave thing in Pokemon Gold/Silver (I can't remember) that I could never get out of!  >:(

Remembered one

In TP when you have to find the ice mansion by following the scent, I could never figure out how to get there I would always try my own path, until after I caught the fish I realized it has a scent trail thing on it :p

Ahh...That's right.

I remember playing it in school in 3rd grade or something on a "Free Day" and I was stuck on the level and all my friends came and they were like "That part's so easy!" then I told them, "Well some things are easy for some people and hard for others." I think I had help getting out.

This one room in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes you go to right after you get the missile launcher back, I was stuck for a long time until I figured that instead of JUST using the kinetic orb cannon, you had to missile this one structure first THEN use the kinetic orb cannon.  Yup.

It's called SnowHead Temple.

But whatever.

Oh, the Goron/Subrosian Dance hall.

The Goron one was easy, but you had to do it twice.

The Subrosian one was hard, thank god you only had to do it once.

the Subrosian was very easy, the goron one was hard since you had to time the moves
