All the Mario games up to the end of SNES.

But the best of them would be Super Mario RPG. Seriously. Square-Enix made RPGs and Mario work together so well.

Hm...I'd have to say probably Super Mario All-Stars for the SNES...
Overall I've probably logged more hours into that one little cartridge than anything I've played the rest of my life (with possible exceptions to maybe pkmn when it was popular :P )
