Anyone else hate those Mac commercials?

There was just another one on, and personally, I despise their advertising. You shouldn't have to put down the competition to make yours look better. Simply stating the features and everything else should be enough.

I once thought about trying a Mac OS, but with the commercials they have been airing for so long now my small want has simply vanished. I don't know why, but I can't stand those advertising schemes.

What are your opinions on Apple's advertising campaign?

Dirty. Way too dirty. First off, they don't even show Microsoft's TRUE facts, and they come to that conclusion that Mac is obviously better.

It sucks and shows that Apple can't actually TELL us about the product instead of putting down Windows.

Let me just say this: If more than 5% of computer users owned Macs, there would be more viruses for them.

The commercials are horrible. They don't even state anything about the computer! They just claim that Mac is selling "so well". Um...is that why all PC games state their requirements for windows right on the box and you have to bother looking up the Mac specs?

Their entire advertising stems from the idea that using a Mac makes you look like the hip 20-year-old hanging out at Starbucks, checking out his Facebook, and that if you use a PC, you're a 40 year old fat guy who only uses it for work.

Their commercials suck.

And yes, they suck now. But seriously, Mac OS X isn't that bad. I own it. Not great, not bad.
