Is there anyway to tell who they are?

I know one is my friend Brian who I just invited, but I'm lost as to who the other is.

There is a down select arrow right next to the refferal count where people have joined and it shows them.

But it says ive got 2 refferals and when I click that arrow, one name shows up. 0_o was that what your talking about?

There appears to be a glitch where it counts each referral twice.

Oh...not a referral contest.  It's impossible just to get one person with the stupid referral system.  It rarely ever works!
