For one, I have ADHD.  That can make me hyper.  Atleast it's a mild case.  And it can make me... inattentive.

I also seem to have "selective hearing".

My high metabolism (I mean, my stupidly fast metabolism) allows me to be a "human garbage disposal" and still hardly gain a pound.  Also makes it hard to keep anything more than the necessary muscle and fat to keep me highly mobile and healthy.  I can easily move around and lift things, it's just hard to gain any more muscle and fat and keep it.

I also have a bad temper.  I can be nice, but I'm also easily angered (In fact, I can be completely enraged and not show it...  I could be totally enraged right now and you wouldn't know it!).  At least that shows I have self control.

I have been known to be highly impatient.

Beyond that, it's just good qualities.
