Only problem was I could never figure out how the hell to kill poeple. Sure I could throw them wherever the hell I wanted but I couldn't kill them.

Items:

Spiked Blue Shell - Throw it and it hits the person winning and explodes. If you're winning, don't pick it up. If jumped on, it will give you some damage (it's spiked, duh) and slide like a green shell (it still explodes on impact of a character).
Ultra Ball - Throw it at a character and they will be trapped inside it for a bit (Kinda like Yoshi's Egg), but if you throw it at a Pok?ball Pok?mon, it will go in the ultra ball, sometimes it will break out and then continue what it's doing, but if it doesn't, anyone who picks up the Ultra Ball after that will then have that Pok?mon

Assist Trophies/Pok?ball Pok?mon:

Magikarp - It flops around like Goldeen, but if it's hurt, it will evolve into a Garydos(SP?), it will attack whoever hurt it (even it's trainer).
Kamek (Yoshi) - Kamek will fly around sending magical beams around, if someone is hit by one, they will do one of the things that happens in the Luigi dance thing.

I really don't think the Zelda franchise really needs another rep. If they take out Toon Link, then that's a pretty good line up. Better, declone Toon Link and Ganondorf. Vaati would probably fit better as an AT in his "god" form.
