Have weekly challenges or something along those lines.
One week could be TF2, another could be SSBB related, another could be some online game like the Helicopter Game.

Example = Week 1: Get highest sentry kills on TF2.
Week 2: Finish event ## in the fastest time on hard on SSBB.
Week 3: Get the longest distance in the Helicopter Game.

Get what I mean?

Separate certain boards. (IE, bring back the DK board, I could have gotten more topics/posts than the LoZ board, I think it even surpassed it at one point).

Arcade- Reset high scores/reset those of inactive users, moar games.
