I'm watching Poni Poni Dash! right now and it is really weird...

it sure is.  It gets even weirder.



Pani Poni Dash! and Manabi Straight! are both slice-of-life comedies.  PPD is about an 11-year-old genius girl becoming a teacher for a class full of crazy girls.  Manabi is set in the near-ish future and is about a growing group of friends who head the student council of their slowly-declining school and are inspired by stuff.  First one is a lulz-inducer, second one will make you cry after the 8th episode.
