Rather than getting a new EckzBawx Three-Sickztee, I'm going to call customer service and try to get it repaired D:

So, ITT, discuss horrible times you've had with customer service, or rather, horrible times you've had with getting help with products in general.

I've never had any problems with Customer Service; hell, my Zune was set up to be sent in in 15 minutes with no problems..

Charter never can seem to figure out if there is an outage or not.

Just AOL, when I had dial-up a while back. They have such horrible customer service!
OK, so I was at KOL status on there or something.(it stands for Kids Online.) There's this KOL Chat icon. So I click it, and just see what it's like. I help this kid out with Ocarina of Time too. :) So nothing bad.
Couple days later, can't get online. So my mom calls them up. Two hours of talking to a bunch of AOL guys, they finally say we couldn't connect because I broke the rules or something and went into the KOL chat. :|
It's a freaking KOL chat, and I was a freaking KOL thing! WHATS SO BAD ABOUT THAT!? >:(
But they let us connect again afterwards.

Everyone I know who has a 360 had it fixed at some point.

lol, breaking the rules of the internet.

And the worst was when I tried calling wall-mart to see if they had any wiis during the wii shortage. Bad move. At one point, I heard someone pick up the phone, and then immediately hang up. >_<

Best customer service I've ever had was from nintendo. Even though one time I accidentally mad off a guy there. XD

I never have had to call Microsoft customer support, but I heard most of their supporters had bad accents.  If you offering support to an American audience, shouldn't you use an accent convienent to them?

Why do that? If customers get service, they don't have to buy a new 360.

I mad off some guy there too lol

After MP3 messed up on my Wii, I had to send it in to get fixed. So when this guy was telling me all this info over the phone, I couldn't hear him. He was talking so intercourse ing low, I had to keep saying "What?" So then I finally said, "I CAN BARLEY HEAR YOU, IS IT TOO MUCH TROUBLE TO TALK A LITTLE LOUDER SO PEOPLE CAN HEAR?!" Well he obviously got mad after that, and after he gave me all the info, he just hung up lol  No bye or anything :P
