Silver, which ads earn the most per click? Adtegrity or Google?

I'll disable AdBlock on the one that earns the most.

A possible TF2 server would be possible if we earned enough money, and even then, we would need a constant profit. Source Dedicated Servers cost money, IIRC, and we'd need someone with a good enough Internet connection to host it, probably Vaatix.
