Both! I'll rarely have coffee in the morning if and only if I didn't have anything extra sugary for breakfast. I had a combo of both those things once before Tae Kwon Do, and I couldn't do anything without shaking like a crackhead. My fist was shaking like crazy after I threw a punch even though I was still for the most part (not including the hyperness). Then tea is good. Especially when you're sick... that and spicy ramen.
