I'm very excited for this game. I've been a huge fan of AC since it first came out. I put nearly 300 hours into the GCN version, and probably 200 hours into the DS version.

This game will get me playing my Wii again, no doubt.

I've never been a big AC fan, it just doesn't appeal. In fact, this title is shaping up to turn me off from the series for good.
Why?

This game looks pretty good. I was a fan of the first two, so I'm definitely picking it up when it comes out on November 16th.

I can't wait to see the city. Maybe there will be a movie theater like the villagers always tell you to make in the other ones. All they need to do is put a huge screen and show a new video from My Nintendo channel everyday. Maybe the game will read what virtual console games you have and you can play them in the game like the NES games on the Gamecube version...there's a lot of potential to use the different channels for City Folks.

...It looks like they ... added an [analog] clock rather than a digital clock...
My first disappointment related to this game, unless of course there's an option to switch between the two. Still a rather small difference but digital is faster to read, takes up less screen space, and has more accurate minute count. Not that a clock is entirely necessary on a console Animal Crossing since I have one just above my TV.
(I'm saying it's my first disappointment to show how generally non-disappointing it is, not to complain over every small detail)

The game looks very good to me. I can't get games on launch but I think this'll be my most wanted christmas gift.

IGN doesn't seem to like the game when they demoed it, though.

I don't care what it's like, I'm getting it November 16th.

WOOO! I just saw the video. =D THEY'RE BRINGING BACK THE CLIFFS!

WW wasn't the same as AC for one of many things...they had no cliffs, those cliffs you go down...then you see those cliffs in the distance and want to go up there...the city seems cool...but...is it gonna have all the like traveling characters there?

Java

I seriously cannot wait for this game to come out.

I'm a huge fan of Animal Crossing, even though I never owned the original.
I played it once a few years ago at a friend's house and I knew I had to get AC:WW.

The graphics look very smooth, which is nice to see.

I rather like the idea of the City.
I wish you could see other players there, but alas, this is Nintendo...
I'd really like to see a Restaurant in the City and/or maybe Brewster can expand the cafe into selling sandwiches.

I hope they give you more space for your mailbox and more space for Patterns.

It would also be nice to see a new worker in town (Laundromat? olol) and I'd like to see Pete more often.

There's probably more that I can't remember to mention.

Animal Crossing is a life sim, similar to Harvest Moon, but in my opinion MUCH better.

Harvest Moon 64 was awesome though.

Return the basement from the cube, along with the storage space in the closet from AC:WW.

Anyone else notice the town gate behind the bus?  I guess no Police Station again...

I never owned the GCN version, but I played it once.

I loved the Police Station, I wish some of the neighbors had gotten arrested.
Then you could go visit them in jail :D

Eizweir

It looks great :D
I just wish the WiiSpeak was a headset, so I'll have to wait a little while for 3rd pparites, and to convince my parents to actually let me use it D=
