Actually, reading over the questions, it doesn't look like a single answer could be wrong, unless at fault of the maker (i.e. writing "octagon" instead of "hexagon")

inaccuracy from the online test can stray either up or down
I'd think it'd usually be up so they convince people to pay for full scores, but they might also stray down at some times
also it might go based off time so if you were distracted or going afk while taking it, your scores are likely reduced
