I don't know much about Megaman and his abilities, so you guys should give me some backup about some of his moves and other thingers about him ;)

Also, Animal Crosser isn't going on this list. I'm sorry, he/she just isn't.

The Will one is horrible, imo. His Final should involve his CO Power, his moves involving the 'mini's' we see. Bayonnettes aren't part of the game, etc. Perhaps let an AW fan make that one...ugh

Well here's his picture:

I don't know a whole lot about him, but I'll edit in what I know and what his moves should be (imo), other people can feel free to add some stuff because I only played like, 3 of his games or so. But the attacks I choose are based off Mega Man X (the first one)
I'm not gonna be as descriptive as you so here's what I got.
Side B: Zero Sword - Mega Man will slash out a green beam sword from his hand, this will change your A atacks into Beam sword-like attacks until you use another B move (besides Side B)
Up B: (Dunno)
Down B: Weapon Switch - Your belt will change color, and that color determines what type of attacks will come out of the Arm cannon (normaly his whole body's color switches, but with alternate costumes, it would probably be this way)
[Normal-Mode/Blue]
B: Blast/Charge Blast - you will shoot a little blast of energy, hold the attack button down and it will charge, you could move while you charge but you can't use any of your special attacks until you release the blast.
[Homing Torpedo-Mode/Green-Gray]
B: Homing Torpedo/Charged Torpedo - The user fires heat-seeking torpedoes which lock on to any foes in the vicinity/A fish-shaped torpedo bundle is fired and strafe on enemies.
[light Blue/Shotgun Ice]
B: Shotgun Ice/Ice Sled - The user fires a large shard of ice which shatters and reflects towards different directions upon impact/A hunk of ice is created, which flattens into a makeshift sled. It can be ridden on and hurt enemies on impact, but shatters when it hits something.
[Fire Wave/Red]
B: Fire Ball/Fire Wave - The user fires a short-range flame, harming foes in a large radius continuously/A fireball is thrown on the ground, and it creates vertical bursts of flames as it moves forward. The fireball will dissipate if it hits something or reaches a ledge.
[Boomerang Cutter/Gray]
B: Boomerang Cutter/Charged Cutter - Fires a small boomerang, if it does not hit an enemy. It will return to him, it can also carry small items back/4 green and glowing boomerangs of energy are fired out in a special pattern, then fly away from X diagonally.
[Chameleon Sting/Green]
B: Chameleon Sting/Charged Sting - The user fires a green laser that splits divergently into 3 separate lasers/A big green laser will shoot out.
[Electric Spark/Dark Yellow]
B: Electric Spark/Charged Spark - Same as Pikachu's except purple/A big purple electric ball will blast out.
[Storm Tornado/Purple]
B: Storm Tornado/Charged Tornado- Unleashes a powerful horizontal tornado that proceeds to engulf enemies in the user's path/A huge vertical twister is formed.
[Rolling Sheild/Pink]
B: Rolling Orb/Rolling Sheild - The user launches a blue orb that rolls across the ground. If it doesn't hit an enemy, it will bounce off a wall once, then disappear upon hitting another obstacle/A shield of energy surrounds the user and allows you to roll, the sheild will disappear after a while though.

Neutral B: Arm Cannon

Side B: Mega Ball

Down B: Weapon Copy

Up B: Mega Upper


Final Smash: Power Megaman, Super Megaman, or Hyper Megaman.

Hmmm... I've got a pretty sweet idea for Megaman. His Down B is an attack that switches the type of element that Megaman shoots out using his Neutral B... Ranging from Ice (chance of freezing), Fire (increased knockback), Normal (fastest firing rate), or some other elements.

You gotta factor in practicality, though. That's wayyyyy too many forms. I would narrow it down. Expect me to pull out, like 3-4 of those to use in my movelist ;)

Cool Mewtwo moveset. I think the teleport should be a little bit longer than in melee.
Mewtwo's shadow ball should be an dark energy colour instead of the one in melee

And in Smash Terms, it's called Forward Tilt (Ftilt). Not Strong A (Side). Same with all others, there's Upward Tilt and Downward Tilt (Utilt and Dtilt). Either the people at the Smash World Forums changed the term to strong, or you play wayyy too much Street Fighter.

Mewtwo and Roy were in the game at some point, but scrapped for Wolf O'Donnel because of his popularity in Japan, and Sonic the Hedgehog because of worldwide fans begging for his appearance. Dr. Mario was also scrapped due to Sakurai's no clones rule and they had no time to make another move set for him. Geno was also argued over with Square Enix, but the darn fools were too lazy to allow Nintendo to add him. He wasn't developed in the game at a point though.
