If a game asks to put in your name, what do you usually put in?

If a game, like Zelda, asks for your name, what do you put in?
I usually put in my real name. But on my N64 Ocarina of Time file, it says Trevstar. :P

Depends on the situation.
I usually use the characters names (Link, Cloud, Vivi, etc) for games where the characters have names, while MMO's where you make your own character I usually use my own name

I usually use the the characters name, like Link for TLoZ. But in other games I usually put my real name or sometimes Phaze for online games and stuff. So it really depends.

Its just so idiotic to me.

No matter what game I usually use the Name Link. I never use my real name

However in all pokemon games besides Red, Blue and yellow where I use the name Ash

I use the name Seth.
