What media player(s) do you use?

Media Player Classic.

I don't like any of the fancy stuff for other players, and I haven't had codec problems since I downloaded the CCCP (Combined Community Codec Pack) which bundled Media Player Classic.
I haven't tried VLC yet, but it seems similar to MPC at least in interface and format support. I'll probably use it whenever I use Linux.

iTunes for music, and both WMP and VLC for videos, depending on which I happen to feel like opening at the time.

Banshee (Linux clone of iTunes) for music, and "Movie Player" for videos.
