The Mansion atop Von Karma Hill

"So what do you guys plan to do with your portion of the treasure? I plan to use it to sponser something I might be interested in."

"I'm going to get enough of that treasure to set myself up for life!" David said as he looking into the next room. It was barely lit in there. "Hey, does anybody have any sort of flashlight or anything?"

[Sgt.Chilly]

Kimeko drove up and parked outside of Von Karma Hill.

She stepped out of the car, making sure to lock it.  She pulled out her camcorder and turned it on.  She pointed it towards herself and began speaking "Paranormal Investigator, Kimeko Dodgers here.  This is my official investigation into the Von Karma rumors.  Legend has it the house is haunted by the spirits of the Von Karma Family, driven by greed to keep their wealth from others.  Hopefully this will yield more success than my last investigation which turned out to be some old guy running a counterfeiting scheme and using the myths to keep people from going near the old saw mill."  Kimeko shut off the camcorder and put it back in her bag.

She sprinted up the hill with a smile on her face.  She noticed the front door was already open and she took out her stun baton and flashlight.  She listened carefully and could hear something from inside. She grinned widely thinking to herself 'This seems promising!' before stepping into the house.  She checked all around the room with her flashlight looking for the source of the voices.

((Sorry for the long winded intro But the more I type of Kimeko the more I enjoy her character))

IC//They really expect to find a treasure here?  I'm up here by myself all the time and there's never been any sign of the house being haunted, and if it was I don't think a revolver will do much against ghosts...
"Hmm.." Xavier said quietly to himself.  He turned down into a hall to the side.
I wonder if I'll see them later, but if there is a treasure, it's mine.

((The Mansion is, for the most part, mirrored. In other words if there's a bedroom two doors down to the left, there is a bedroom down two doors to the right. Some things do slightly differ and the stairs are always at the end of the hallways.))
David glanced back thinking he heard some female voice but just shrugged it off. "Well...I suppose it will be bright enough." He said as he continued down the hallway searching for the stairs.

Thomas saw the woman run into the house with a stun baton. "Uh oh...Is she going to do something to David and the others?" Without thinking it over too much, Thomas went running after her trying to catch up with her.

((Red it actually was Scooby Doo reference.  For Paranormal Investigators those kids sure did seem to spend a lot of time catching real world criminals.))

Kimeko approached the room where David and the others where located.  She burst in with the flashlight and stun baton at the ready.  She demanded "What do you think you're doing in here?".  It was only after she jumped into the room that she realized they outnumbered her considerably.

David swung the gun over towards Kimeko. "I think we should be asking you that with your...baton...thingy!" David said.

Thomas just then made it into the mansion out of breath. "Hey...what do you...think you're...doing in here?" He said taking deep breaths inbetween pauses.

Nathan entered the mansion and thought he heard someone talking. He disregarded it as just his imagination and looked around the mansion's entrance.

"Well, this is boring," he muttered to himself. He decided to head down to the basement, hoping that something interesting might be hidden down there.

Kimeko tried to size up the situation.  She spoke as confidently as she could "Yeah um well I'm Paranormal Investigator Kimeko Dodgers. Daughter of Police Captain Doug Dodgers.  And I've had previous run ins with criminals while investigating ghosts.  This baton is my means of defense against unbecoming men. Now maybe you could tell me why you're all here?"

   OoC// Alright,  thanks.
IC// Xavier walks outside from a side door ((assuming there is a side door<_<)) and goes into the backyard where he always hangs out, looking for some stuff he's left there before.  He picks up his backpack from it's previous hiding place and rummages through it.
   Alright, I have two small knives, a small flashlight, some granola bars and a water bottle...  And oddly, a belt. 
Xavier puts on the belt and straps the knives on both sides of his waist.
   They're all armed in there- with guns.  If I get into any trouble I should at least have these with me.
Is there really ghosts here, I've never been inside until today but I alwasy wander the grounds and there never was any sign of the place bein haunted.  I've heard the rumors, but c'mon, ghosts?  And some almost fabled treasure hidden somwhere, what could it be? A room full of gold?  The deed to the mansion?  Is there even a treasure?
I don't need any of those, but it sure would be fun to find them!
   Xavier then put the food and water back into his backpack, close it, then slings it over his shoulder.  He then started to approach the house from the back.

[Ridley]

"Well Kimeko, you might be in luck. I think there might be paranormal activity in this house after all." Said Dave. "If you don't believe me, then why is there a light on in the next room or maybe I am just imagining it?"

[Dr.Hobo2]

"Wait...I think I see it too." David said. "It's at the end of the hallway and it looks like...STAIRS!" He bolted off toward the stairs. "I bet this leads to the basement! Treasure, here I come!"

Thomas let out a sigh. "David...so quick to act." He turned the other way noticing that one of the side doors was open. Strange, that wasn't open before. He snuck out the door alone to see what it was.

Xavier walked towards the back door when he noticed a boarded-up section of wall near the ground to the side of the ddor.
   A Cellar?  An old storm shelter? ...Interesting...
Xavier turned away from the door and approached it.
