HTA!

I remember when this was simply a pencil sketch!

Nayrman

I have him on my Wii! So I can still talk to him....

Tupin

Oh, if only all those characters had a chance of being in...

He supported Nook, I remember that.

Tuppy frightens me with his knowledge of legacy technology.

Ridley

I remember seeing his posts but I never met him.
...Friend codes were probably implemented by the same people who wanted tripping in Brawl...
...It's quite obvious...

He supported every obscure and random character ever...just cuz he wanted to have a wierd game. I bet he was crushed that hte most obscure character in teh game is teh stupid robit

Macawmoses

I'm going to go ahead and keep this thread around, but don't make the discussion so much about him, himself, but rather the philosophy of the characters. Otherwise, locked.

And yes, I recall that sketch....kind of an "if only."

Java

Of course I remember Algus!
He had some great riddles.

Anyway, I would've wanted to see a few "obscure" characters, but obviously not too many.

StarWindWizard7

Any normal person who goes to Old sider/Smash board knows of Algus.
He's just 1 of many popular people from that board.

But yeah, Any of the characters in the sketch is better then stupid, "robit". ;D

*glares @ Ridley* :P

Kilroy

That's awesome, but get Chibi-Robo the hell out of there >_>

FruitFlow

Yeah, I remember both him and that picture.
I never really got the chance to ask him how long it took him to make that.
"Many people see technology as the problem behind the so-called digital divide. Others see it as the solution. Technology is neither. It must operate in conjunction with business, economic, political and social system."

Ridley

I also seem to remember some Yoshi guy who posted a lot of joke threads.

anyone but TEH ROBIT!
At least Tingle would've been fun to beat up X_X;;

Shujinco2

I remember him. He was awesome.

And no, I don't remember the pencil sketch of that. 0_o

And Nayrman, I don't think he supported weird characters just for the thought of it being weird. I mean, I support two of the most weird and original character ideas around, and definatly NOT to make the game weird.

Also, ROB is actually kinda cool. So there. :P

He's technically not even a videogame character! X_X;;
He happened to like obscure characters, and wanted more obscure characters in the game because he hated the idea of more Mario/Zelda/Pokemon characters, but whatever...we didn't get enough origional types of characters....
