We live near an Airport and a bunch of busy streets.

Loud Cars, loud plains, and loud police car/amubulance/fire truck sirens passing by, all day long.
Actually, I live right under a major air traffic artery for the Des Moines intl. airport, so it's not uncommon to hear the sreaming whistle of commercial airliner jets, or the slight rumble caused by the numerous miniture explosions (basically what a internal cumbustion engine does: make a lot of tiny, controlled explosions) caused by propellor driven aircraft engines.  I also live near enough to an Air Force Base that I can also sometimes hear the thundering roar of either F15, F16, or F22 jets.

I even have an awesome picture of the inside of the truster on a F16.  It makes a good screensaver, thanks to all the lines and such.

My god, that gets annoying!  What is that, you ask?
Even worse is when it starts barking.  IT. JUST. WON'T. STOP.

We have that too.  Two beagles next door.
Yeah, the other dogs that bark either bark to little to be a nusiance, or are too tiny to make a annoying noise.

Speaking of which, we have had a home had 3 medical emergencies in the past few weeks due to the emos that live there have been cutting themselves too much.
