Red

"Did you find something?" asked Josh, darting over to where Lance was.

Red

"Nice. Now, we need to find out if it has gas or not, because if it doesn't, we need to row it." Josh said, noticing it had a small engine near the rear.

jnfs2014

"Probably not," Lance replied, pushing it almost into the water,"but I could be wrong."

Red

"Well, I don't wanna be the idiot stuck out in the ocean without a paddle." said Josh. He was still holding his fishing pole in his hand, and figure he could use that, as long as he could attach a flat, broad piece of wood to make something that at least resembled a paddle. "What do you suppose we could tie to the end of this to make a paddle?" said Josh, pointing to the branch.

jnfs2014

"Definately not my Gunblade," was the answer, with Lance apparently not interested.

Red

Josh took off his shoe, and used the laces to tie it to the stick. It'll have to do... Josh thought to himself. Josh stepped into the boat, casually looking around for any extra provisions. "So, which way should we go? Judging by the vegetation, we're probably near the equator, so if we head North or South, it's probably going to get colder. If we head East or West, it'll probably stay the same temperature. But, I'll leave it up to you. Your instinct seems well enough."

jnfs2014

"I think we should head...south-west. At least then we won't have to worry about the weather."

Red

"Good point...I'm ready when you are." Josh said, finding a bag of bread and some water.

Lance pushed the boat in and hopped in.

"Let's go then."

Red

((I forgot if it's night or day, so can someone tell me?))

"I'm not hungry anymore, so do you want any bread?" asked Josh, yawning halfway through the question. He held the bag of bread out to Lance. "If you decide to take some, take a little less than you normally would, we need to conserve." Josh pulled the rip-chord, to see if the engine would start, which it surprisingly did, but the gas level was very low.

jnfs2014

"Sure," Lance replied, not realizing how hungry he was. After a couple more small pieces, he put the bag back down.

((Really early morning. Maybe just after midnight. I think. Not too sure.))

((Since already 3 and a half of your shifts are done, I'd say 8:30))

((Aha. Thanks.))

"Well, since the motor is going, I'm going to take a quick nap, until we have to row." said Josh, letting out an even bigger yawn.

((8:30? Damn. I guess I can still sleep in the sunlight.))
