((I just noticed that a LOT of people are on our island.))
((The island is pretty big. <_< It's the remains of a continent. Also,

1) Never create a NPC (ie. the monster you made up) for the sake of a battle. Also, never create one without having a plan for it, description, etc.

2) When you describe a big, vicious monster being killed by a teenager, it sounds pretty... I dunno, fake? On the borderlines of godmodding, imho.

Anyway, take that into account later in the RP. Since it's your first time, I won't ban you... yet.))
Holy crap all my sigs were always poop. Best leave this space alone.

((Yeah, that's true. But... how are we supposed to encounter anything if they don't come out of nowhere?) Gah, this is all so new to me!))

(( Well,  I think the monster did sort of have a plan. It did raise questions as to what's up with Shujinco's character. If nothing else, it helped build his character and and show there is some strong energy within him, that seems to only present itself during the thrill of the kill. So at least it had a plan, although it was lacking a description or a set controller.

As for the godmodding thing. At least he recognized how much damage he took in return while killing the beast. He may have defeated it, but he pretty much destroyed himself in the process. I guess that call will have to wait for an actual explanation on why or how he was able to do that, and acted that way.

Sorry, didn't mean to argue with your statements. This is your RP, after all. I guess I'm just interested in where he's going with this. Plus, more RPers, the better... XD ))

(( I think he means that the monsters you have attack should be there to strengthen the plot. Not just a random attack to drag out the scene so you have something else to do. Although, if what you were doing by that was showing your characters strange ability, I think it would work. Of course, it's LS's call, and still was a pretty random attack, regardless. ))

Gregg woke up. He was covered in sand. He had no idea how long he had been asleep, either. "Damn, my suit's all dirty... I hope my gun still works, who knows if it's filled with sand or something." He was still a bit sleepy, but he soon realized he was extremely hungry. He had to go get some food. A coconut or something.

((I'm alive! Woohoo! Someone find me now! >_>))

OoC//  Well, we SHOULD take what LS and BoA said into consideration...

"Since when were there monsters on this planet?"  Tav drew his hand-and-a-half sword, and got into position.  "This ought to be interesting, has anyone ever fought a dragon before?

OoC// You guys seriously have to consider that, the world was just freaking destroyed.  As far as our characters know, we're the only ones alive.  Why is there no emotion, no drama?  The world was just nearly destroyed, the landscape completely changed, and monsters are in existence.  I know I'm a horrible RPer, but try to keep these things in mind.

((Mainly because we're so insanely sad that our families are dead? We're trying to survive, not trying to hold onto memories.))

"No," was all that Lance replied, still keeping his eyes on the monster. It was now a scarce 20 feet.

((They don't know that the world was destroyed. They just think that everything changed.

Also, Birdie, I love a debate. XD Thanks for arguing my points.))

Josh aimed his sniper once again, frantically trying to attach his scope. Snap. It clicked into place. He aimed it at the beast's head, and fired. Direct hit. Josh lowered his sniper, thinking he had slain the beast, when he saw it continuing in it's path. The bullet did crap. "...Shit." Josh mumbled to himself.

"This is where I come in, at least according to all those fantasies I read as a kid, only a sword can kill these things."  Tav drew his sword, approached the Dragon, and took his stance.

OoC// So how does this work, do we just describe a battle?

((Um....don't I control it, Red?))
((Yeah, you do control it. But I don't see how I controlled it at all. I only assumed it was "continuing in it's path" because you said, "It was a scarce 20 feet."  which I thought meant it was coming closer to you.))
