It seems that those pictures are actually in reverse order, and taken from a picture diary of someone losing weight. So sad to be spoiled.

Yeah looks like a young fat kid from the beginning, then starts losing weight and cutting his hair. Plus, his gages seem to start to disappear as he gets young- I mean more addicted. Still, worth a few laughs.
